The dedicated staff at Great Experiences New Zealand are committed to exceptional customer service, so from the time you make an enquiry to the time you return home, you can rest assured we are looking after you every step of the way. We can be contacted 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and have free call numbers in both Australia and New Zealand.
Our range of luxury coach holidays is based on what we have learnt about travellers and their touring preferences, combined with our superior knowledge of New Zealand and our solid business partners, whose support allows us to give YOU more value for your money. We specialise in the design and delivery of active touring and take enormous pride in giving our clients an unforgettable holiday in what we believe to be one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
Unlike other operators, we don’t sell these coach tours to travel agents. We prefer to liaise DIRECTLY with our customers, providing a more personalised service at a lower cost to you. We also don’t advertise heavily, instead relying on word-of-mouth from satisfied customers and an easy to find and use website. Again, this helps keep tour costs down, so YOU have more spending money in your pocket.
So what are you waiting for? Talk to one of our friendly consultants today and start planning your next Great Experience!

Keith has been organising people and events since his high school days. He is arguably the oldest Tour Operator selling New Zealand and is regarded as having an intricate knowledge of New Zealand.
He organised his first overseas group tour in 1976, an around the world Rugby Union tour and has organised Australian and New Zealand tours and events ever since. Living in Australia now for 31 years, but still frequently travelling to New Zealand, Keith is arguably the most knowledgeable New Zealand tour operator, having also lived there for 45 years.
Keith is a ‘people mover', innovator, idealist and an “Excellent Event Organiser” who believes success and satisfaction starts and finishes with answering clients needs. He will not compromise quality for price, but would rather finalise the client's needs a different way to hold a budget.
He specialises in the Seniors, Education, Sport and Music markets, innovative itineraries and Event/Festival planning. Keith lives on challenges and his ability to make arrangements ... and as he says 'making arrangements is our business'.

Nolene like Keith owns 50% of the business. She is always accessible. An auditor remarked that “she keeps the best records she has seen in this business”. Nolene takes great pride in diligently handling our client's funds accounts in trust in New Zealand and Australia.
Under her funds management this company does not offer credit and as such has a fine record for paying its suppliers promptly. This ensures our clients are always welcome whenever and wherever they travel with us. Nolene can take credit that she has always made sure that the accounts are handled in a business like and proper manner, a feature that our clients and suppliers applaud.
